Returns
I really hope you are happy with your purchase and although I hope you don't need to return an item I understand that sometimes you may change your mind. Apart from commissioned or bespoke items if you make email contact within 14 days of delivery a refund or exchange can be arranged.

Return your items in good condition, ideally in the original packaging and use an insured method of despatch and obtain proof of posting. I can’t accept liability for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit. Please note I'm unable to offer free returns at this time.

Commissioned or bespoke items
For commissioned or bespoke items once payment has been taken the piece cannot be cancelled. Therefore, please contact me to discuss your requirements. I will work with you to make sure you are happy with the piece. However, with commissions or bespoke items all sales are final and a refund will not be given unless faulty.
